2023-04-24 01:49:03 +0000 UTCThe person Suga met in Japan was Ryuichi Sakamoto. He is a pianist, composer and musician, and a Golden Globe and Grammy Award-winning world-renowned virtuoso. At the time he appeared in this video, he was already battling the disease.. and passed away on March 28th. Suga's song became his last posthumous work. Suga paid tribute to him through Weverse and Instagram. It's so sad to see him in the video. There's a lot of really good music that shakes your heart, so I recommend you to listen to it.

Even though they were at the In the Soop 2 house this wasn't filmed during In the Soop 2 - Yoongi apparently went there with a few other musicians/producers for a sort of song camp in 2022 (In the Soop 2 was filmed/released in 2021)

2023-04-22 07:43:28 +0000 UTCI feel like Weverse usually translates very word for word based, which often ends up sounding weird and harder to understand, while Disney+ might not be as accurate with the words he was using but they take the meaning of what he said and build sentences that make more sense to english spealing ears (or eyes). I was so sad that he didn't have any captions for the songs! They didn't put the songs in there for no reason, they were telling the story with the songs as well, so the lyrics would have been really important to get the full experience of the documentary.
