my 2 sister live there so i'm there all the time.. was there while they were there but i missed seeing them.. didn't know they were there until i saw bv.. both korean restaurants were good.. since covid I was there lasr month for work but had to stay in hotel.. go get foods and bring it back that's all we allowed.. no water activities.. where the statue of Duke is where I usually surfed

When you have been away from your native food (or favorite home cooked meal) for a long time the first bite will bring you to tears. Even now, thinking of some of the food from my youth that I cannot get where I am now makes me sentimental.

2020-06-15 05:03:34 +0000 UTCi always think this about this season, but i love how easy it was for them to communicate with people due to hawaii’s cultural diversity. at every instance of being stuck last episode, hoseok and jin miraculously finds someone who speaks korean. jin finding other koreans on the street to ask them something, all of them going to various korean restaurants and being comfortable to ask the workers for bigger servings. they don’t need to speak korean to communicate and get around well, they’re very fluent in other languages, but it was nice to see them comfortable :)

I mean it’s true with things like strange animals and paranormal things, but for sports and physical activities like this, nahhh. If I have to pick the 3 members that are the most fearless about dangerous and fun sports/physical activities, I will say it’s Jungkook, Jin, and Jimin. RM can be afraid sometimes but since he’s a leader, he’s good at hiding it and overcoming it. Do you know that Jin is an expert at ice-skating and water sports (surfing, wakeboarding, scuba-diving, snorkeling)? The crystal clear water and multi colored sky were amazing I think I walked around with my mouth opened in awe for the first 2 days. I hope you get to go one day💜
