i don’t know why people say any member is underrated, they are all highly appreciated for their talents. maybe some are a little more prone to hate and defamation from other fans (jimin) but i guess i’ve just gotten used to reporting and ignoring that.

i'm sorry but I have to disagree. I feel many people only see funny and worldwide handsome Jin. There are many reactors who don't mention Jin. He's usually the member they forget the most or remember last. People usually only really start to appreciate Jin once they hear epiphany. Except if you have been supporting BTS for a long time because the more you see of Jin the more you can't deny the beautiful human being he is inside and out.

When you watch a Kim Seokjin a documentary you will realize that as a human being he is more then the funny worldwide handsome guy. I think you are giving anti's hate comments more weightage than they deserve. Have you seen the things that people say about other members ?? I don't understand why you are just focussed on highlighting the negative tweets about jin when he gets those types of tweets way less compared to other members. I feel like you are hell-bent on victimising him for no real reason.

First of all, I have NEVER seen any army say that about him so I don't know what you are talking about and anyone who would say something like this is clearly not an army. Secondly, I feel like Jimin gets way more backlash for his singing than jin does but that's literally what antis do. All the members get unnecessary negative comments about them but every famous person does. If you are a jin biased than you would know how many times jin has trended just because of his vocals and how many times he has received critical acclamation. All the armys always appreciate him and trend him every time he does high notes. I remember how twitter went crazy for jin after his high notes in crystal snow or Dionysus or come back home. I don't think you should make statements about armys labelling him things just because of few haters and make people doubt his credibility

may not be overlooked or underrated but I've seen some "Army" labeling him as the "most useless" and even worst label I don't care to repeat. It breaks my heart (he's my bias) when I see these comments. It's annoying because most of these people are the ones that bring up the ME bit, act like Jin is the only one required - though I get the undertone that though they vocally see Jin as not bringing a lot to the table, they do sense but he is still an integral part of the group since they seem to think BTS would be over when he does fulfill his duty as a Korean man of a certain age.

Also I think jin gets plenty of recognition for his talent musically. He is the only member who got a nickname from the GRAMMY. The Grammy panel gave him the nickname “silver voice” and made a article about a cover that he had released. KMCA (Korean Grammy) gave a special mention to jin and his high notes when they nominated fake love for the best song. He has trended multiple times for his voice also not only his looks. When he performed epiphany in Saudi Arabia he became the most talked about member there and trended along with his song hitting number 1 in Saudi Arabia iTunes after the concert because the locals loved his performance so much. I feel like you have not seen enough of Jin that’s why you don’t know much about his brand or what kind of impact he has had whatsoever.

I don’t think jin gets overlooked tho, I just read the news that his solo song in this album is the song that charted at number 1 in the most countries and broke the previous record which was held by epiphany. I literally see people hyping him and his vocals everywhere. Personally I think rap line is more underrated than Jin.
