What is Tech Avion?

Tech Avion is an old French trading method. It is based on the idea of Lazy Listing, Special Card Flipping, Overpriced Selling, Position Change Method, and Chemistry Style Flipping.

All these are based on the idea of selling special cards higher than they are through appealing tricks and Tech Avion puts them together! Using multiple of them to get a sale is called Tech Avion. 

It goes that far, at some point we had over 30 French Top 100 Traders who made it into the Top 100 just using Tech Avion. It got a lot weaker throughout the last few years but it's still a great trading method especially if you can use it as an additional tool to increase your current profits.  

Fundament

It's very similar to normal Special Card Flipping with additional knowledge through the other methods. You search for cards at low prices to sell at a high point while adding a little more value.

Some aggressive Tech Avion Traders also use Lazy Listing on the cards to increase profits by 5-20%. That is the reason for this method to be related to Lazy Listing and Overpriced Selling. 

Differences

There are a few key differences between the previous methods and guides! 

Tech Avion also includes adding Chemistry Styles on the cards yourself! I don’t recommend doing any of the expensive Chemistry Styles, it's enough to apply the cheap ones. Something like Maestro, Deadeye, or Hawk is decent to add as they are just 200 coins. As said, you aim to make the cards the most appealing to get sales! 

At the beginning of the year, you can also apply this just to the Gold cards as Chemistry Style Flipping covers it too! Later throughout the year, you are forced to move over to Special Cards.

Another thing that works against the previous guides, Tech Avion follows the idea of people paying more for the card + Chemistry Style/Position Change. That means, even if a card is worth 10k and the Chemistry Style is worth 5k, Tech Avion Traders would list the card for 15-20k. It’s just the idea of appealing cards and people being too lazy to buy them separately. 

How effective is Tech Avion?

As said, there was a time with multiple Traders in T100 using Tech Avion as the main trading method, but the market changed and that’s the reason we need to adapt. I have used Tech Avion throughout the past few years, but it got tougher and tougher to use this as a solo method. I was mainly doing special card flips and added Tech Avion when I had the opportunity to find a great card for this method. Most of the time it was a popular and fast selling card with already applied chemistry styles. These are the cards that we use for this trading method.  

I recommend using this method as an additional tool to increase your sales and not as a solo trading method anymore. The market changes too much each day and it's also a lot riskier as you are holding through multiple 6 p.m. content days. 

That is also the biggest risk of this trading method. This trading method relies on a rising or holding market because you are holding your cards for multiple days and aiming for a slow sale. This trading method does not work on a downtrending market and we had many months with a downtrending market last year.
