In Arabic it's also called "The Follower" or more specifically "the one who follows Pleiades" in other words "the one who follows Subaru"

The more correct one is Sword Saint tho. Another mistranslation is when Otto says the Whale killed the first Sword Saint, that's wrong, he actually says it killed the previous Sword Saint, meaning the one before Reinhardt.
