As I'm going back through this series, I am finding myself totally picking up stuff I missed the first time through, like how Subaru's regression points aren't like how most people "save their isekai progess". I had held off on reading the LN for the longest but this watch with y'all has me happy I did

2026-01-13 11:45:28 +0000 UTCI don't think you missed it, but just to be sure : Subaru's reset has been updated to the second time he wakes up in the mansion, the one with Ram and Rem. Meaning the first time he wakes up and meets Beatrice where she sucks the mana out of him has already happened and thus she always remembers that interaction. Going forward the gap of knowledge between Subaru/the viewers and the rest of the characters will only widen, so it's important to keep in mind what actually ends up sticking around since everyone else doesn't go through failed loops.

It doesn't exist for him like in a lot of isekais, he just lives in it. This will become more apparent later on. Also, Elsa's aim was perfect, there’s a reason it couldn't hit Reinhard. Another thing I should point out is that this series is notorious for cut content that's quite important. This series also has a supplementary series called break time. Series 1 isn't too important, it's just some fun extra stuff. Season 2 and onwards, though, it does become important as they include some important content that should have been in the show. They're about 2 minutes each and should be watched after each episode.
