Hey guys, great watch. I agreed with 95 percent of what you said about the tracks. For me, Face is a no skip album (not counting the interludes) . This one is a one skip album. You can guess which song. That's a pretty amazing track record to me. I think Jimin's voice is superior on this album. You can tell how hard he has worked on his vocals. However, the songs on Face are superior IMO. Still, my boy is amazing and I wish him nothing but success, always.

The saxophone screaming at the end of the song touched my soul. 2. Garden marching band- I F with this song. I like the melody and the vocals are vibrant. Puts you in a good mood.

Jimin is now the only artist with 6 all kills on iTunes number 1 in 119 countries with Who. I feel like us Army who support you should tell you that we don't think that way. I'm grown asl I want people to see BTS as men and not boys. Since Muse came Jimin has become the most consumed artist globally. In order to get a number 1 on billboard and break records we have to focus on the biggest songs atm and still stream the whole Album. The singles are the biggest priority in order to get wins. I have bought 2 muse albums so far. And streaming like crazy. Jimin might not even care about the numbers but we are trying to get him to go beyond. We want the world to see what we see in Jimin. He is my bias and Jimin biases are the best we don't play when it comes to him. We're gonna buy and stream what ever he puts out. We are also streaming on ITunes and youtube music. So the views you saw on Spotify was probably way more on ITunes since Jimin is an iTunes king. And Who just got 10 million streams today in just one day. When doing these reviews you can look stuff up while you react. We dont care. We want you to be educated. Also Jimin likes to keep it classy. So I don't think he'll ever make music explicitly talking about sex. He's gonna keep it more cute and not in your face which I appreciate. I'm not a fan of all this hypersex in everything it's too much. Majority of western music is about sex and it's annoying. That's why I enjoy K-pop and BTS so much because they make music with meaning or not hypersexual. I enjoy love/romantic songs more like Jimin did in this album. Sorry I left alot a long comments. I'm just super passionate when it comes to Jimin. You may not even know but Jimin receives alot of hate especially when it comes to his singing. So yes Army and Jimin biases loved this album and streaming and super proud of Jimin and this album. I literally cried watching his live performance because now people can leave him alone for his one bad night in 11 years of being amazing

Like everyone else said those 2 songs have been released way before the album. Closer than this was a goodbye song for army and BTS he put out last December. SGMB was his first comeback so ofc people will stream it. Army does not care they are grown and sexy. Majority of Jungkooks album was about sex and it broke so many records that's proof right there Army doesn't care. We want BTS to fully express themselves. And Jimin sexy side is what a lot of people love most from him. That's why people were shocked about Face they weren't expecting that from Jimin. Face is a very dark album. Jimin wanted to release his emotions through face. Alone on the face album it's very sad and it breaks your heart Jimin was feeling that way. But it's my favorite song on the album cuz I relate to it a lot. People feel Muse is more him. I love both the albums but Face has a special place in my heart because it's just so different from everything else and I also relate to it personally. I love Muse too. I don't think Jimin is trying to break into the American music scene because he already has with BTS . The thing I love about Jimin is that he doesn't make music for sales he makes music that speaks to him. Usually when people do K-pop album reviews they do lyric videos because you can see the date it was released. Also a lot of people don't like SMGB idk why I love it but people wanted Jimin to have a big comeback and that was the first release. Many people army is saying Who is the song of the year. We want MVs for every video but unfortunately we won't get it because Jimin always get shafted with the MVs idk why.

On another note, I want to be honest in how I feel about ARMY. Up till now, it still feels wrong when you adress the entire BTS ARMY for what a super small group of crazy fans might maybe think in a far corner of the internet. There's the issue of Kpop standards, but ARMY is also trying hard to fight those standards alongside BTS. And I think by now, you can recognise the good attitude of the ARMY audience you have, at least here on Patreon. We can also feel protective over ARMY. I've been a part of the ARMY community for seven years, and we've worked a lot to try and establish and maintain a healthy fandom space. And I think on average, we have a good fandom culture. I think it's important to recognise that. Also for Kion, who is still becoming more familiar with BTS and also ARMY. From my point of view, as someone who's trying to maintain the ARMY community, I don't think it's fair to speak on ARMYs in a way where we all seem crazy or brainless about society. You've had bad experiences with ARMY, so I really see how you've come to shape your opinion. But just recognise your ARMY audience here, and believe us when we say there's a much larger community of likeminded ARMY fans that go beyond what you've seen of us.

The way she sounds also doesnt sound right to me. I tried to check out her music too, but wasn't impressed. So for me, the Loco feature was much better! Crazy how everyone hears things different.

On my very first listen of the album my favourite track was 'Rebirth'😆 so I was really happy to hear JiMin say he produced it. He also produced 'Interlude: Showtime' and I laughed when I first heard it on the MV cos I recognised JiMin's voice straight away. His fun and cute side really shines through and I love the playfulness of it, he's just having fun at his carnival😆😁 I understand it's not everyone's cup of tea though. The clip of him waiting for RM's reaction hearing his voice in this was too precious that I'm just happy he has it on his album😆🤗 I totally disagree with Jody and Kion🫣😆 Loco was perfect on SGMB for me. Maybe you guys could watch the MV to understand the crazy happy vibe JiMin was going for and Loco adds a really cool and awkward element that you won't get unless you watch the MV😆 Also, I can kind of understand what you guys are suspecting about the fans when seeing the numbers like this but you definitely need context. -'Closer than this' was a track released last year before Christmas which is why it has so many more plays. I think it was just after he went to Military too so obviously everyone streamed it like crazy as it was his parting gift to ARMY. -SGMB was a pre-release single released last month which is also why it's got higher plays. -'Who' is the track that everyone's been streaming since the album release because it's the focus track/single of the album. 'Like Crazy' was the focus track of the FACE Album. Just thought you'd like some context so that you don't just think ARMY are not ready for JiMin to grow up. I think the fans you're thinking of are a very minuscule number of fans to be honest. Most fans are loving seeing every side of JiMin especially the dances with the females😉😆 Thanks for another great video!!

Like with rm’s album where Jimin listen to it, there is a video of rm reacting and him and Jimin talking about this album. That way, you guys will get answers to your questions from ARMY in real time. It's unfortunate that you guys didn't know that "SGMB" and "Closer than This" were both released before the official album release...so those two songs have a lot more airplay only for that reason. (I say it's unfortunate for you guys because the misunderstanding kind of tainted your enjoyment of the album, in my opinion) Anyway, I guarantee the rest of these songs will rack up the views/listens and surpass those two songs...no doubt. My fav songs are Rebirth, Slow Dance, Be Mine, and Who...in that order, for now. :)

She sang beautifully but the engineer should've brought her voice more in front of the instrumentation and background vocals. Honestly her verse was almost swallowed by the rest of the track...at first I thought it was just because of how she kind of "mumbled" her words, but truly that's not it...she purposefully chose that sensual/breathy style of singing for this track and it works for the theme of the song. I've mixed music with recording software myself, so I know her verse would've hit even more if they'd only mixed her in better.

I still wanted to say it’s not that we prefer those type of songs or that we’re younger than you thought🥴. When it comes to Jimin I think everyone prefers his sensual songs. I think my favorite off this album is the intro. I’ve noticed that Jimin loves including choirs in his songs, it’s like his staple now.

Liking the music doesn't mean u need to know their fanbase, the patrons on here/his Youtube followers are what he interacts with. The videos say army is overprotective because of mistreatment, but that's not completely accurate, some ppl are just bullies who want to feel better and prove that "their" artists are better when they're just hateful and spiteful ppl. It happens with any fandom so I'm not saying BTS fans exclusively act this way. When I first started listening to BTS there were so many false things that some army just stated as facts and the majority of fandom spaces just accepted it. All this just saying please take videos like these with a grain of salt.

I enjoy this new side of Jimin, the grown and sexy side. To be fair though I wanted to let you all know why I think the numbers on track 3 are so huge. It was Jimin Comeback song. We were all surprised to hear that Jimin was dropping a album. It was the first song he released after surprising us with the Muse album. So Army everywhere played that track on repeat to show there love for him. With that being said I believe Army should do the same for the other tracks as well. Jimin is almost 30 years old. He has been in the game for awhile now, and I've never heard of him dating ANYONE in that time that has been CONFIRMED. It's only natural that he is ready for real love. To be honest I'm quite disappointed with Army and the numbers on this project. All I know is I'm gonna keep listening and run the numbers up on my end. Great Album Jimin😊

2024-07-23 22:00:10 +0000 UTCIn my opinion Face is better but muse has some bangers like Be mine and Who and with Slow dance this was the first time I heard Sofia Carson sing since Disney years ago and I still stand on she has a great voice but she sometimes sounds like she’s mumbling and that’s okay her voice makes up for it and she adds so much to slow dance. As for SGMB it came out weeks before it and I think people were so excited to have something new from Jimin that they streamed and streamed. I use Apple Music tho so I never know the Spotify streams

I don't think any of the songs are bad, I know Jimin worked hard on this project, but preference wise those 4 hit the hardest.

I don't really have any ARMY friends who think those are the best songs on the album, so the numbers are surprising even me.

2024-07-23 21:32:55 +0000 UTCI would ignore the plays lol, Smeraldo Garden Marching Band came out weeks ago so its had time to build up plays (it also has an MV you can watch), and Closer Than This has been out for over 6 months (it was released a week after all the guys left for the military back in December and also has an MV you can check out). The other songs with lower plays were just released with the album last Friday and ARMY's focus on the main track, using the other songs in between playing the main track (this is for music charts in Korea and for Billboard in the US), so thats why they are low in comparison. I love all the songs on the album but Be Mine really makes me wanna dance lol :)
