In terms of his power he was born an omega level , I think in his origin he had a part of brain removed by Mr sinister cause he could not control his power which significantly nerfed him but he’s still very powerful. Theoretically that pre surgery gambit could have blown up the earth. Also 34:56 the watcher is watching, cool little Easter egg
