2024-03-01 01:59:39 +0000 UTCI'm late watching this, but just wanted you to know something about their names. Jungkook is indeed pronounced as 'gook' in Korean. When he says his own name or the members say it, they say 'jungook'. But it is written with a K in the romanized version, so his nicknames come as kookie or JK (he uses it too), Jimin says JK a lot as well, the English way. They are ok with their names being pronounced 'incorrectly', we are not all Koreans and they kindly understand it. Park Jimin is actually pronounced 'baak' in Korean - even Koreans don't know why it is romanized as Park... And Koreans don't pronounce the sound 'v' well, it's like 'bwi', so I adore when they (especially Jin and Jimin) say 'lob' instead of 'love' in some songs. :)
