Good Morning Blonde Beauty (XL)

As some artists have a blue, purple or red period, I may be in my blonde period. I don't know how that happened. Blonde hair is the most difficult to paint for me so it does slow me down a bit. When the color is off just a tiny bit it ruins it for me, so I spend more time on getting that right. Also, with dark hair you can just hint at curls and strands of hair without having to actually paint everything but with blonde hair it needs more attention. Luckily she didn't brush it just yet so it can be wild this time :)

Actually I added the original idea as well for higher Tiers only. Painting it was actually a sigh of despair when I looked at someone's portfolio whom I thought was perfect. And then it turned out she had some massive tattoos. After my initial disappointment died down I removed the tat but kept a version just for my archives. Tats just don't work for an artist like me that see nature's creation as perfect. Some good friends have them and I don't think any less of them because of it, but it does spark ideas like this sometimes. I thought it was funny anyway. I realise my sense of humor does not always work for everybody so I'm keeping the original original to a very select audience.
