Carnaval (dutch version, original)

This month Dutch Carnaval will be celebrated.
It won't look anything like this, I'm sure. Except maybe for the far right clown. You might see many of those, in great variety, there. Along with many people dressed as peasants. It's like cosplay for the unimaginative.
So, it's not something someone like me will be seen at.
However, it's a big thing here, especially around where I live so I couldn't just ignore it, and I tried to get it to look a bit closer to how South American Carnaval would look. Now, that's something else. Wishful thinking, I know, but much more fun to paint... Maybe it'll inspire someone. And much more appropriate for this page too. Who needs clowns, right?

For Instagram especially I divided this in two so that the watchers can do the swiping thing, as I actually like the way that works. Doesn't make sense on Patreon though, because the second part would just be a separate picture, so here it'll be the original panorama. Double the normal size too but that's because the true size is massive (long side is 10,000 px).
