Welcome to the October newsletter. First of all thanks so much for your support. This month I have an epic build to show you - hopefully it will inspire me as much as it has done me! I will also update you on my server, show off my new merchandise range and give you a discount code! I will tell you what I have been up to in real life and include some more inspiring builds. Enjoy and have a great October!

Inspiring Build of the Month:

This build is an epic masterpiece by DanielWohlk who builds on the builders' refuge server. He says he did not plan the build but learned a lot about managing a large build. He took this project on at the same time as being busy with studying!

This incredible build has a large central structure which could be a temple, palace or maybe even a wizard's tower! The city is Ancient Romanesque in style and perches on a cliff with one single bridge linking it to the central tower.

The city is made from stone bricks, cracked stone bricks, and mossy stone bricks, basic stone, and bricks for the roofs. These red bricks work really well next to the amazing leaf blocks used for the trees, bushes and hanging vines. Notice he did not use minecraft vines.

We have re-launched our city building server and as usual you can access it at play.usetheblocks.net There are plenty 600x600 plots available to practise building in and get coaching from me if you are a $5 patreon. What I have been doing in real life!

I went back to Edinburgh to see family and took some film and pictures of the High Street. I am currently editing the video and if I finally manage to finish it I will show it to Patrons only!

In this picture you can see my High School that I went to when I was just a padawan! The building has recently been sold and is being turned into apartments. This is a big shame for all the former pupils but the lucky current pupils have moved into a brand new school. Little Andy used to study in there!
