Pied Piper is BTS' way of gently telling stans to calm down. They are basically dragging ARMY's a bit, that is why RM mentions the fact that they already have pictures, V App vids, performances on YouTube, etc. They don't have to miss school or work (they understand their fans are of wide age ranges) to get access to them. Interestingly enough, the average age range for BTS fans is about 32. The large majority are in the 25-45 age group.

The message is the opposite - it's a warning. It is actually a very important message and I just hope that a lot of kids understand it.
They are not talking about R.Kelly, obviously. I'm 50, 'international' and I'm aware of who R.Kelly is. I know the original pied piper story too.
