Hello SAC. What you request is already possible. You can configure a gender condition in equipmentSet XML so that there are sets of equip instructions for each gender. See the wiki for EquipmentSet for more info.

Separate unequip options for males and females - my use case is that males should unequip, but females not (using revealing clothes for females) - currently I set unequip to none and use console unequipall on males, but it is boring to reequip them after the act. TY!
