Update 0.46 - Ending and Bonus Scenes

Another update here!
This time it's a smaller update mainly to finish up with the pending content from Noah's route and the scenes added on the previous update.
My initial intention was to keep adding a couple more scenes but for now my main focus is still on trying to finish this route up. Though I still left enough room so in the future if I want to look back into adding a few more events on this route I can do so without much issue.
Along with the ending, one of my other intentions was to add a bit of bonus content after the ending as I did with many other routes. For this case, I wanted to focus on what other ideas would the MC be wanting to explore after getting "done" with Noah, and one of those things would be to go back on the Hypnosis side of the game and include some events to explore the different forms Hypnosis can take but on a much shorter and more straightforward form.
That's all for this update, I've still been tinkering around with some improvements on the Training mechanics but after working on those for so long I needed a bit of a break from that, hope it's understandable.
