For those who are new, the details vary each time, but it offers a chance for any $15+ patron to suggest something they'd like to see in a sexual set up from the upcoming update: maybe a sexual position, a fetish, an interesting scenario?
After everyone votes on their favorite ideas, we'll look at the most popular suggestions. Though we do reserve the right to choose or tweak scenes so that they'll fit the story and setting, generally the most popular suggestion gets into the game!
Prompt:

Sabia now has forces to manage, and on top a personal orc warrior squad she commands. However being a human female as a leader of hard orc warriors means certain complications and general sexual tension as she tries to train them.
Sabia will be faced with the issue of orcs focusing more on her body than her orders, so in a set of events beforehand she will be confronted to either punish them, be more diplomatic or resolve the scene in a sexual way.
The prompt is for any Sabia who must have enslaved the cat girls. In the pointed above set up she will decide to use Elmy and reward her men with the cat girl services for a one night in the bar.
So the idea you need to suggest around is the lustful orcs from Sabias squad and Elmy in the bar, who has to ease their sexual frustrations. Sabia herself would not be involved in the scene.
Please do not suggest anything outside of the above, be it new outfits, other characters or events not connected to it.

(The investigation is a skippable event?) 'Got it.' She thinks. Sabia decided to start serving drinks at the bar. Not as a waitress but behind the counter where Jadk usually is. When an orc comes up for drinks he sees a sign: TIP YOUR | SERVER | V And then there's a hole in the bar for the orc to stick their dick into. On the other side of the hole is Elmy tied up and forced to service this glory hole.

Elmy on top of a serving table on her back with legs and arms tied to the table legs (Essentially using the table as framework to make her into a table). She has a serving tray strapped to her midsection with two beers on top. Each Orc gets a turn to fuck either her pussy or mouth while downing their beer. Beers then get replaced, and two new orcs take their places. If you can't drink any more, you're out. If you can't get it up, you're out. Last Orc standing wins.
