2023-05-06 21:59:27 +0000 UTCJody, you really need to look into Nostr and other decentralized forms of communication/media. You also need to look into running your own server. A great platform to look into is Start9. The reason platforms like YouTube, Twitter, Patreon, etc can get away with the shit they pull is because the data you upload is uploaded onto their servers where they can do whatever the hell they want with it. Running your own server (Start9) and running your own Nostr relay you control your own data and not be beholden to any one centralized platform. It would require a bit of a learning curve, is a bit more hands-on, and has some upfront costs (the start9 server) but I think it might be worth it to take control into your own hands.
