I prefer the first one, the AK prosthesis will have a more natural gait when walking, unlike a HD prosthesis that can only be driven by the strength of the lower back. And, how about try the prostheses for hemipelvic amputation? I loved the imbalance of the limbs on both sides, one side of the leg still had a strong, powerful thigh, but the other side had half of the pelvis removed and some of the muscles in the lower back lost. The gait in this case must be that of a toddler.
