Howdy to all my very awesome Patreon supporters!
We've reached the end of the month again, and I've got another epic cyberpunk battle map for you - "The Police Precinct".
I'm currently working through the older backlog of map requests and this has been one that's been asked for time and time again. The reason that I've not attempted this map till now, is because I didn't want the usual run of the mill type police station battle map. You know me, I try and aim for epic-looking art whenever possible. Well, I hope my version of a police precinct inspires you all!
This police precinct is made up of two levels:
On the ground level, we have:
The main entry and side entry foyer and waiting area. Where civilians come and wait their turn to report crime or get help.
Beyond two bullet proof security glass sliding doors, lies the general desk/work area where police detectives do their thing.
Towards the eastern wall, we have a questioning room, suspect identification viewing room and the actual ID room itself. There is a flight of steps leading to the upper level.
(Geez, I just realized whilst typing this. It feels like you guys are in my cyberpunk game and I'm describing what your characters are seeing. Right, let's continue).
In the middle we have a scrum room where the SWAT teams get briefed before going on a mission. That little office space next door is for the Chief of Police.
South of that, we have two holding cells. Just to reiterate, these are holding cells and not prison cells. These are only for temporary (usually overnight) holding of suspects. If sufficient evidence is found to warrant convinction, the perps are then moved to an actual prison that resides somewhere else.
In the south west corner, we have a window to the police armory. This little window is where firearms are issued to the cops as they go on duty. A corridor exists to the side that leads to the back exit (but not to the armory). How would one access the armory? There would be a corridor (not accessible by anyone without a badge) behind the back wall leading to a security door at which the armory lies behind. I did not draw the corridor in because the walls would have covered all of it. Just tell your players a tight corridor runs behind the two behind cells, hidden from view.
Starting from the north end, we have a passageway that opens up to the corridor. That passageway could lead to another part of the police precinct (up to you) but mainly, it provides access to the elevator. Going down the corridor, we have two doors with white doors that are toilets in my mind, but I left them unmarked just in case you want to use them for something else.
In the south-east corner, we have a small locker room where the officers store their personal belongings. Adjacent to that we have a flight of stairs leading down to the ground level.
Moving west, we have a security area with a guard manning a desk and a set of security screens that lead to either a data archive or evidence lockers.
Whew okay. I think I covered most of the crucial points. Here are the variants.

Enjoy this map and let me know what you think in the comments section below! I would love to hear from you all.
