I did a first test of the wargame idea, its playable but still need to try against another person. At the end the pirate team won, one goblin with 1 HP and the troll untouched (bandits didnt had time to attack him and the poison failed to do damage which he would probably have healed either way).
A few things I'm thinking
-Map is too big, either make it smaller or allow doble movement
-Rework how poison work?
-Allow ranged attack over friendly units?
-Allow for move-attack-move? (like un 5e where you dont spend all your movement before attacking)
-Test switching units around to see if some are more powerful than others and just balance things overall
Once I do a bit more playtest I may post it here for everyone to give it a try (also have some possible ideas to make units with the tokens from this month)
