While it is true that those who end up transforming into dogs lose some of their humanity and gain some animalistic instincts...there is evidence in this case that the observed tongue activity is related more to lascivious pursuits rather than something as basic as canine behavior.
We could ask these ladies more about it, but they seem to be rather busy at the moment...
