"A petplay/pup play relationship where a pet owned by a dominating old bear gets caught doing something he shouldn't and that pet gets punished and turned into a huge piggy pup, fed bowlful after bowlful of fattening food , he insists he's a good boy but the bear won't stop until he's a blubbery slob mess, maybe hypnosis or chastity cages involved too?"
