I was recommended this by the CEO of the company I work at a few months ago, and it is a huge timesaver for organizing references. You can drag images into it straight from your browser, add notes, save sets, rotate, flip, etc. Its free but you can add a donation if you want. I recommend PureRef for anyone wanting to streamline their workflow.
