Patreon Restructuring
Added 2020-11-03 19:19:35 +0000 UTCHey y'all! It's occurred as things go on that the Tiers I laid out at the very beginning don't really fit with the massive changes to how I've started working. Longer commissions mean just fewer things my Patrons get in general, so I've been pondering a restructure of tiers and rewards, to roll out at some point this month.
Some of the goals I want to accomplish with this are:
- More access to voting for things.
- More smaller projects.
- More direct involvement from higher tiers in projects.
- More incentive for people to stay in higher tiers.
- More personal project work.
I've got a couple of plans, and I'm working with a few people to try to make things work in a way where I don't end up overwhelmed. The biggest changes I think are going to come with Moxie's Mates, and trying not to overpromise anything like Menagerie Characters when I'm stuck on three month, 40k commissions.
Even if I figure out the tiers beforehand, I'm not going to implement any changes until the middle of the month, after Moxie's Mates 11 is done. Then, I'll make another announcement to let people shift around as they see fit, or go if it pleases you. I'm always thankful for your support, but I understand entirely if I'm not meeting your expectations.
