When Ayaka woke up again, Saten was by her side. She hasn't been out of school for days either. When Ayaka saw again that she had lost both of her legs, she took a pair of scissors out of Saten's bag instead of crying.
Saten was surprised and restrained Ayaka.
"What are you doing, Ayaka? Don't die!"
Saten had a scuffle with Ayaka to take the scissors away again. Ayaka, in a very somber manner, tried to take off Saten who was disturbing him.
"Don't interrupt!"
Saten had to block Ayaka with one arm because she had to remove her prosthetic arm due to safety concerns. But it couldn't stop Ayaka. She was pushed because she couldn't block Ayaka's another arm.
"No!!!"
Ayaka aimed at her neck with scissors. Saten was on the verge of collapse with a great shock. Saten felt hopeless and had no choice but to see what Ayaka was trying to do.
Fortunately, Ayaka wasn't about to die. She cut off all her long straight hair that came down her shoulders. She didn't mean to die, but the grief of losing both legs was equivalent to that.
