Paid Apple ID Improvements

As per our recent poll, we mentioned that we would be adding better support for Apple IDs enrolled in the Apple Developer Program — and we did!
While not released yet, the next version of Sideloadly will include a lot of improvements, bug fixes & of course the paid Apple ID improvements.
What's new for paid Apple IDs?
First of all, we removed the "No Anisette" option in Sideloadly as it was no longer working as intended.
Then we proceeded to automatically check the account being used in Sideloadly and if a paid Apple ID is detected, we automatically unmangle the automatic bundle ID (unless a custom one is set by the user).
We've also updated the daemon to support the paid Apple ID expiry times which is usually 365 days.
All these changes make using a paid Apple ID with Sideloadly as seamless as using a normal Apple ID!
