You must really like flowers

─────

Katsuki slumped at his desk, sighing loudly as he dropped his head into his hands, a pretty bouquet of pink and purple flowers falling onto the wood. Eijirou looked up to investigate and immediately started laughing, getting a glare for it that honestly seemed more tired than angry.

"He turn you down again?" Mina asked sympathetically, popping up behind his chair just to ruffle his hair fondly. "Poor baby."

"Shut the hell up," Katsuki grunted, pulling away stubbornly. "He's a god damn idiot. It doesn't matter how obvious I am, he still thinks I'm just being friendly or some shit."

"Have you tried saying 'hey, you wanna go grab coffee with me after work?'?"

"Shut up Raccoon Face, like I'm gonna say that nerdy shit."

Eijirou laughed harder from across the room, and Mina just huffed a little sigh, patting his shoulder sympathetically.

"Blasty, boys are stupid," she began, ignoring the pathetic glare he turned on her. "If you just go into his store and chat with him every day for two weeks, all he's gonna think is 'this guy really likes flowers!'. You've got to at least flirt with him."

"First of all," Katsuki growled, "it's only been ten days."

"My mistake," Mina humoured him, rolling her eyes behind his back. "Second of all?"

"I do flirt," he continued, his scowl turning into more of a pout. "He just doesn't get it."

"How about I come along with you?" she offered. "Maybe I can give you some pointers?"

"Fuck off, I don't want you corrupting the nerd."

A timid intern appeared in their doorway, fingers trembling against a piece of paper, and Katsuki sighed as he waved Mina away.

"Out with it, kid. What do you need?"

"M-Mister Ground Zero, Sir, the boss is calling for h-heroes to do a rescue in the s-southern sector. He said to f-find you and Mister Red Riot and Miss Pinky to see if you're a-available?"

Katsuki's chair scraped against the floor as he got up in a hurry, snatching the incident report from his hands, and the intern just barely managed to step aside in time to let Katsuki get by. Eijirou and Mina were right behind him, giving the intern reassuring smiles, but Katsuki was already out the door – blowing up some villains and rubble seemed like a damn good way to vent his annoyance.

─────

Izuku looked up from his conversation, eyes shining bright, ready to greet his latest customer. When he saw the familiar face, though, his smile stretched wider across his lips, and Katsuki felt his heart beat faster.

"Ground Zero!" Izuku called brightly. "Welcome back! Oh and you brought a fr- Oh my gosh, you're Red Riot!"

"Hi! You must be Deku!"

"Ah, yeah," Izuku giggled. "Actually it's Izuku, but Ground Zero decided Deku was more fitting, I guess."

"Sorry about him, he likes to pretend he's a jerk but he's actually a big softie underneath it all."

"Shut up, Shitty Hair," Katsuki growled, blushing as he turned away in a hurry. "Leave him alone or get the hell out. I'm fairly certain I said no when you wanted to come with me."

"Aww, lighten up! You can't blame me for wanting to meet the guy my best bud visits every day."

"Ground Zero certainly likes his flowers," Izuku giggled. "I never would have guessed it, but it's very sweet!"

"Shut up, nerd," Katsuki huffed, stomping over to a display of freshly-cut flowers organised in a shelf of metal buckets. "You running late this morning or something?"

"Huh? No? Why do you ask?"

"Your buckets are all out of whack," Katsuki complained, flicking at one of the tubs and listening to the ping echo through the store. "What happened to the colour-sorting?"

"Oh no!" Izuku whined, ducking out from behind the desk to look. "I asked the new guy to do it, I knew I should have kept an eye on him!"

Katsuki stood back to watch, ignoring the look Eijirou gave him behind Izuku's back – yeah, asshole, he knew the nerd had a great ass. He wasn't blind.

"There!" Izuku beamed, pushing hair back from his face as he straightened up, the familiar blinding smile back to splitting his chubby cheeks. "It's hot today, you two must be having a hard time on patrol! Let me get you both a drink!"

He disappeared into the back room, and Eijirou gave a low whistle.

"You keep talking about his 'stupid, cute face', you forgot to mention his body. The guy is built like a hero!"

"Shut up," Katsuki hissed. "Get the fuck out of here!"

"No way dude, this is great. Ask him to get coffee later!"

"Shut up."

A bell tinkled behind them, and Katsuki turned around to see who was invading- uh, entering the store. When he saw the shock of purple hair and eyes rimmed with dark bruises, the familiar impassive expression that so often irritated him at work, his face contorted into a scowl.

"Ground Zero, Red Riot," Hitoshi said calmly. "Didn't expect to see you here."

"What are you doing here?" Katsuki demanded. "You following me around just to give me a hard time, asshole?"

"Did you miss the part where I said 'didn't expect to see you here'?"

Katsuki's eyes narrowed, but Hitoshi just walked straight past him, stepping around the desk and almost bumping into Izuku as he hurried back with three tall glasses of juice.

"Oh! Shinsou! Hi!" Izuku grinned, handing him a glass. "Is it break time already? Here, take this! I'll go get another one for myself!"

He pushed the other two across the counter to Eijirou and Katsuki, ducking into the back room again for a moment, and the entire store was quiet as they waited for him to return.

"So, how do you know each other?" Eijirou asked brightly, breaking the silence when Izuku came back with a fourth drink.

"Me and Shinsou?" Izuku clarified, eyes widening when Hitoshi slung an arm around his shoulders. "We've known each other since we were kids! We went to school together!"

"He wanted to be a famous hero," Shinsou smiled wryly, pinching his freckled cheek. "Would've made a good one, if he had a quirk. Look at this guy, with his thighs and his biceps, don't you think he'd make a good hero, Bakugou?"

Katsuki's eyes narrowed, but he nodded all the same, surprised to see Izuku's face light up.

"You're the sweetest guy ever," Shinsou continued, ruffling green curls this time. "Would have done a great job of rescuing people, making sure they were okay. You're the only reason I became one, after all. Had to make my Izuku proud."

Katsuki could feel his hands balling into fists at his sides, and he reached for his drink to distract them from the sparks that wanted to come out.

"You wanna grab dinner tonight?" Hitoshi asked, like it was no big deal, even though Katsuki had been trying for weeks. "What do you feel like? Ramen? Chicken?"

"Oh, ramen sounds good!" Izuku agreed. "What time do you finish?"

"I'll just be doing paperwork, doesn't really matter. I'll come pick you up at closing time?"

"Okay! I'll see you then!"

With a last little pat on fluffy green hair, Hitoshi drained the last of his juice and headed out. Katsuki was still quietly fuming, suppressing the jealous little asshole hidden deep inside him, who so desperately wanted to tell Hitoshi to keep his damn hands off his future husband, to stay away from him and stop taking him out for meals, who wanted to punch him in the face for daring to touch those soft curls before Katsuki could do it himself.

Izuku was an adult, though, and Katsuki wasn't a complete asshole. It was Izuku's decision who he dated, who he hugged, who he went out for dinner with. Nothing Katsuki could do would change that, he had to leave the guy to make his own decisions.

"Everything okay, Blasty?"

Katsuki's head darted up from where he'd been staring at his glass, already half empty in his hand, to find two pairs of concerned eyes staring at him.

"Shut up," he grunted, taking another long swig of his juice. "Fuckin' fine."

"Sorry about his language," Eijirou offered with a smile. "I guess you're getting used to it now, he certainly spends a lot of time here."

"Yeah! He really spoils his Mom with all those flowers, they must have such a good relationship!"

Eijirou couldn't quite hold back a laugh, managing to stifle it into one little snort that made Katsuki flood red. Thankfully they were distracted by the buzzing of their cellphones, each reaching for a pocket to investigate.

"Gotta go," Katsuki grimaced. "Sorry. I'll see you tomorrow?"

"I'll be looking forward to it!" Izuku beamed, taking the dirty glasses back before they could even think of offering to help. "Work hard and be safe! Thank you for protecting us all!"

Eijirou gave him a thumbs up, zipping his phone back into his suit to leave, but Katsuki lingered a moment longer, reluctant to step away.

"Make sure it's all colour-coded when I get here," he said finally, pouting a little as he looked away. "Don't let your new punk get away with half-assing it after you've put so much work into this place."

"He'll do a great job, I promise!" Izuku grinned. "Don't worry about us."

"Yeah," Katsuki nodded, glancing down at his thick fingers, itching to reach out and ruffle the bouncy curls fondly. "Have fun at dinner. Make the troll doll pay, don't let him cheat you out of your money."

"He would never!" Izuku laughed. "We'll both buy our own food, it's not like he's taking me on a date."

Katsuki froze, staring at him with wide eyes, and Izuku's mouth fell open a little when he caught on. Katsuki burned bright red, turning away quickly before Izuku could voice his thoughts.

"Bye," he grunted, hurrying to the door.

"Nice meeting you, Izuku!" Eijirou called back to him. "Sorry about Bakubro, he's an idiot!"

Katsuki shoved him as he squeezed past, escaping from the store that was suddenly far too confining, choosing to ignore Eijirou's unnecessarily loud laughter behind him. Eijirou followed with no hesitation, still laughing his ass off, but he at least had the decency to stifle it when Katsuki glared.

"If you say a damn word about this, I'm gonna blast your fuckin' head off."

─────

Izuku's jaw dropped when he saw the familiar faces show up in the doorway, voice failing him halfway through his usual warm welcome.

"H-hello!" he coughed out, wincing at how squeaky his voice had suddenly become. "Welcome! Um, I'm Izuku! If you need any help, feel free to let me know!"

"I'm Ochako!" the young woman with a beaming smile offered, waving toward the pair at her side. "This is Shouto, and Momo! It's nice to meet you! Katsuki said this was the best place to come for flowers, so here we are!"

"Oh, th-thank you," he blushed. "It was nice of him to recommend us, and even nicer of you to come by! Is there something in particular that you're looking for?"

"These two are engaged," she grinned, waving toward the huge diamond ring on Momo's finger. "They've been talking about wedding plans, but between you and me, they're kind of clueless."

"Oh! Congratulations!"

Ochako leaned in a little closer, raising one hand to cup around the side of her mouth as she whispered conspiratorially.

"They both come from rich families," she explained. "They're trying to pick out everything themselves, rather than pay someone to make all the decisions, but it's pretty new to them, you know? So we're trying to help them out with choosing their favourite flowers and cake flavours and everything!"

"That's very sweet," Izuku smiled warmly, stepping out from behind the counter and waving them toward his favourite wall of silver buckets. "These are our single-stems, some people like to buy just a flower or two for various things, or we can put them together into bouquets! If there's anything you particularly like, I can let you know what it is and suggest some others that will match nicely! Or else you can take a look at the pre-made bouquets over here for ideas!"

Momo and Shouto both nodded along, stepping up to take a look at all the choices, but Ochako remained at Izuku's side, a bright smile still stretched across her face.

"I've heard a lot about you," she informed him, watching him blush. "From Shinsou first, of course, but lately Katsuki never stops talking about you. Every day he comes back to the office with a new bouquet for his desk or the break room or something, one day he even came by and gave one to me! He said the pink ones reminded him of my face, which sounds kinda weird, but from him it's kind of a compliment."

Izuku blinked at her a few times, not quite understanding, but he smiled all the same.

"I like the pink ones," he offered. "I think they're very pretty!"

"Me too! But then, all of them are pretty, right?"

"Yeah," Izuku laughed sheepishly. "I wouldn't stock them if I didn't think they were pretty."

"So which ones are your favourite, then? Even someone with such a prolific collection must have one they like the most."

"I have a lot of favourites," Izuku giggled, blushing again when he saw Ochako's surprised face. "Sorry, I know, my laugh doesn't suit me."

"No, it's the best laugh!" she objected. "It makes me want to smile with you!"

"You're too kind."

"I don't know anything about flowers, I think they're all pretty," Ochako continued, pushing a little. "Show me some of the ones you like?"

"Sure!"

He stepped a little closer, to where Shouto and Momo were debating colours, and slipped three pretty pink roses from one of the buckets. He pushed them into Ochako's hands with a smile, and she took a long sniff of the sweet scent.

"Roses are a classic," he explained. "You can never go wrong with roses, they're so gorgeous and elegant."

"I love the way they swirl," Ochako agreed. "They're very fancy looking."

"Yeah! And there are so many different variations, some are wider and more open, others are tighter and more swirly!"

He reached for another bucket, this one holding striking purple flowers.

"These ones are calla lilies, I really like the shape of them. They kind of look like a vase themselves, don't you think?"

"Like a vase-flower in a flower-vase?" she giggled. "I love the colour too!"

"Yeah! They come in a huge range of shades and I love them all. Also these ones, matthiola. They look good with everything!"

He picked out a few stalks covered in bunches of tiny flowers, and Ochako's eyes shone when she saw them.

"I think these are my favourite now!" she said gleefully "Oh my gosh, I love them!"

"They're so neat, right? And they come in a lot of colours, just like the roses and the calla lilies. The red ones down the end there are actually my favourite colour in the world, so I love them the most! And I think my other favourite is these big daisies, they're colourful too, but also the white ones and the pale pink ones go so well with everything else?"

He picked out a few in different shades of pink and white, slipping them in around the little collection in Ochako's hands, and she grinned when he reached for a shiny pink ribbon to tie them together.

"And that's how we make a bouquet!" he beamed. "It's so much fun!"

"It's so pretty! Can I buy this one?"

"It's a gift," he assured her, waving his hands awkwardly when she reached for her pocket. "Just come back again if you ever need any more!"

"I couldn't possibly!"

"Please!" Izuku laughed. "You helped out in the area when we had gang problems a few years ago, consider this a thank you present."

"You're too sweet," Ochako gushed. "I'm glad I could help!"

Momo and Shouto finished picking out a few different flowers they liked, and Izuku set to work making them into bouquets without a second thought. The trio of heroes could only watch in amazement as they took shape, Izuku mumbling at a mile a minute as he debated colours and shapes and narrated the entire thought process to the customers.

"I think this would make a really pretty bridal bouquet!" he explained, pointing at the one in Momo's hands. "It's very elegant and would look amazing with a white dress, but if you're planning on another colour we could add some accents to suit! And these ones would work for a bridal party or for table centrepieces, or both! It's always nice to tie in some common themes, after all."

"We'll take them all," Shouto said flatly, with no hesitation. "I want to keep looking and see what I think over time."

"Of course! Please keep them!"

"We'll pay."

"Oh, you don't have-"

"This is your livelihood," Momo reminded him, smiling sweetly. "It's so kind of you, but really! And we'll be back again!"

"But you're heroes," Izuku blushed. "With everything you do for us, I couldn't possibly!"

"We get paid to be heroes," Shouto pointed out, already walking up to the cash register, setting down one of the arrangements to reach for his wallet. "Keep being nice to Bakugou, that's enough of a gift. It mellows him out considerably."

"Bakugou?" he asked, tilting his head a little as he contemplated. "Oh! Ground Zero?!"

"Yes," Shouto snorted. "He never even introduced himself?"

"He said his name was Katsuki? But he's Ground Zero, I can't call him by his name!"

"You should," Shouto shrugged, handing over a credit card that Izuku awkwardly accepted. "Might make him blush, it would be hilarious."

"Blush? Why?"

"Because he's so-"

"Shouto," Momo cut him off sternly, and Izuku just looked at her with wide eyes. "It's not your business."

"Might make him hurry up about it," Shouto mumbled, stopping all the same. "Thanks for your help, Izuku. We'll be back to plan wedding bouquets, or if we change colour scheme or something."

"What about you?" Ochako interrupted in a hurry. "Have you had a wedding yet, Izuku? Did you choose your own flowers?"

Izuku blushed, shaking his head frantically, and a smirk quirked at Shouto's lips.

"Not married!" he explained quickly. "Not even dating! I haven't met the right person yet! Or, well, if I have met them, they're not interested in little old me, and I'm not dating them! So no, no weddings! Not yet! I'd like to choose my own when – if – I do get married, though!"

Ochako giggled, and Momo lifted a hand to delicately cover her own little smile, but neither of them deigned to explain themselves. Izuku finished ringing up the bouquets, making sure to give them a hefty hero-discount while they weren't looking, and then the ladies were hugging their bouquets, bowing politely as they said their thanks, Shouto nodding briefly as he tucked his wallet away.

"Oh," Shouto paused as the bell jingled in the doorway, signalling their departure. "Bakugou is working late tonight. Kaminari hurt himself and Bakugou is covering for him so he'll rest. He might not make it before closing time."

"Oh," Izuku echoed, smile slightly wobbly as he nodded. "Thanks for letting me know!"

"He'll definitely be here tomorrow, though," Shouto assured him. "Idiot will be fuming about not making it in today."

"I'll have something extra pretty waiting for him!" Izuku beamed. "Let him know, if you see him!"

"Will do."

The door slowly swung closed behind them, the girls chatting happily and admiring their bouquets, and Izuku's smile softened a little as he watched them go. More happy customers, he usually got a kick out of that – and this was no exception, of course! He was so glad he could make them happy, especially a group of heroes!

But there was something sitting heavy in his chest, too. Something that had no right to be there, and yet it wouldn't go away no matter how hard he tried.

He was a fool, he knew. But he'd hold on to his delusion for as long as he possibly could.

─────

Katsuki knew it was stupid to even approach the store, knew he'd find the lights out and the door locked, the brightly coloured petals all shrouded in shadow. All the same, though, he walked down the street, tugging at the hem of his battered shirt to straighten it out as best he could.

He just needed to see it, even if he couldn't go in. It had become such a comforting part of his routine, to go in and see the pretty colours organised so neatly and chat with the smiling hunk of a man. Nothing about the guy made sense – his chubby cheeks didn't suit his burly biceps, his freckled face didn't match his thick thighs, and his little laugh certainly didn't fit with his tempting, tantalizing tone of voice. The man was built of contradictions, and Katsuki was addicted to every single one.

When he saw the dim light in the front windows, he froze in his tracks, staring in awe at the familiar frame silhouetted inside. For a minute he just watched, eyeing thick fingers that twitched at the edge of a magazine page, crinkling the corners in his grip as he fidgeted. With one hand he reached for a mug, taking a sip of what Katsuki assumed was his usual jasmine tea, always waiting in the back of the store for when his friends – or Katsuki – dropped by.

When he took a step closer, Izuku's head popped up, a smile breaking across his features as he leapt to his feet. He rushed to the door, almost kicking over his chair in the process, and slid the deadbolt across to let Katsuki in.

"Hi," Katsuki said pathetically, cringing at how stupid he sounded.

"Hi!"

"You're uh, you're here late."

"Shouto said you wouldn't make it before closing," Izuku said sheepishly, rubbing at the back of his neck. "I thought I'd give it a few minutes. Just in case."

"You closed an hour ago."

"I know."

Katsuki steeled himself, taking a deep breath and tearing his gaze away in hopes of preventing the flushed cheeks he knew were already threatening to expose him.

"Do you think, maybe, I could take you out for d-"

"Yes."

They both burned equally red, and Izuku stumbled over his words.

"S-Sorry, I didn't mean to-"

"No, it's fine, I'm glad you-"

"If you're busy though, I mean, we could always-"

"Let's go," Katsuki said firmly. "Um, do you need a hand locking up?"

"Nope!" Izuku grinned, quickly draining the last of his mug and setting it in the sink. "Let's go!"

He tucked his phone in his pocket and switched out the light, locking the door behind them and finally glancing over Katsuki's torn costume.

"You didn't change," he said blankly. "You usually change before you come by."

"Yeah," Katsuki grumbled, looking away again in a hurry. "Didn't want to be even later."

"You knew I'd be waiting?"

"Hoped, I guess. Well, I didn't think you would wait, but thought maybe you'd get held up and maybe I could... I don't know, catch a glimpse? It's stupid, whatever."

"I wanted to see you too," Izuku smiled brightly. "I'm glad you wanted to see me!"

"Y-Yeah. Um, where do you wanna eat?"

"Anywhere is fine!"

"What's your favourite food?"

"Mm... I love Katsudon, but really, I'll eat anything."

"I'm good with Katsudon," Katsuki nodded faintly. "There's a place two blocks over, right?"

"Yeah! I love that place!"

"Cool, let's go."

They walked in near-silence to the little restaurant in question, thankfully fairly quiet – Katsuki supposed most people weren't going out for dinner on a Thursday night at nearly nine o'clock. They took a little booth in the corner, and Izuku flashed that blinding smile again when their eyes met across the table.

"How did work go?" Izuku asked, slipping his hoodie off and offering it across the table. "Here, you're shivering."

"I'm fine."

With a fond little sigh, Izuku rose to his feet, wrapping his jacket around Katsuki's bare shoulders. Katsuki flushed bright red, but accepted all the same, letting Izuku's warmth seep into his body from the fabric.

"So?"

Katsuki paused, taking a moment to remember the question, then picked up his menu with a nod.

"It was okay, just a whole lot of minor incidents one after the other. I feel like this is the first time I've gotten to stop moving all damn day."

"You're amazing!" Izuku fawned. "You must be so fit and strong!"

"It's no big deal."

"I never expected Ground Zero to be so modest!" Izuku giggled.

"Katsuki."

"Huh?"

"Call me Katsuki," he mumbled. "We're uh, friends, right?"

"Yeah! Katsuki it is!"

Katsuki blushed bright red at the sound of his name on the nerd's lips, so bright and cheerful, full of an enthusiasm he never heard anywhere else. He had so many dumb nicknames from various people, not to mention his hero name, that it had actually become kind of rare to hear people say his name.

"Alright ya Deku," he huffed. "Pick something to eat, I'm starving here."

"If you're gonna keep calling me Deku, I'm gonna call you..."

He trailed off, thoughtful, and Katsuki raised an eyebrow.

"Kacchan!" he said finally, grinning when Katsuki spluttered. "It's cute, like you!"

"Shut the hell up."

"Nuh-uh. What do you want to eat, Kacchan? I'm buying!"

"You're damn well not," Katsuki snorted. "I invited you, nerd."

"But Kacchan-"

"Don't bother, I'm paying."

Izuku pouted, and Katsuki had the urge to lean across the table and bite his plush lip, to see him squirm and hear him gasp when sharp teeth sank into his skin.

"You must be really hungry, looking at me like that," Izuku teased. "Am I turning into a steak in your mind? A drumstick?"

"Still a big dumb nerd," Katsuki smirked. "But if you want me to treat you like a piece of meat, I can do that too."

It was finally Izuku's turn to blush this time, and Katsuki sat back with a satisfied smirk, signalling to a waiter who glanced their way.

"Take your pick, Deku. My treat."

"Maybe I can offer you dessert," Izuku said softly, peeking up through the curls that fell across his forehead. "If you want."

"What did you have in mind?"

"You could come back to my place, if you want."

Katsuki's eyes widened, but he nodded quickly, taking a moment to find his voice when the waiter arrived.

"T-Two Katsudon, thanks," he said quickly. "W-What do you want to drink, Deku?"

"Tea, please!"

"A pot of tea to share," Katsuki confirmed. "Thank you."

With a smile and a nod, the waiter stepped away, and Katsuki's gaze returned to Izuku's nervous little smile.

"Dessert sounds great."

─────

Katsuki froze when Izuku opened the freezer door, watching him pull out three different flavours of ice-cream with that blinding smile. Oh God, Katsuki felt like such a creep – the nerd had said dessert and he'd assumed-? What kind of asshole was he?! He didn't deserve the sweet, sexy nerd. Who the hell was he to think the gorgeous angel would take him to bed on the first date?

"I have sprinkles too!" Izuku gushed, digging out a container with six little compartments, each holding a different shape. "And sauces!"

He looked back, catching the torn expression on Katsuki's face before he could force it away, and blushed bright pink.

"Sorry, I just really like ice-cream sundaes. I know it's weird, I mean I'm an adult and all, and I try to eat healthy, but- Oh gosh, do you even eat ice-cream? You're a hero, I didn't think!"

"You got caramel?" Katsuki asked, stepping in to look at the little collection of sauce bottles.

"Yeah!"

"Cool, I like caramel."

Izuku's smile came back quickly, and this time it was Katsuki's turn to blush, looking away as Izuku tugged the lids off the tubs.

"Are you a vanilla guy?"

Katsuki choked on his own tongue, and Izuku seemed to realise his words far too late, holding up the tub with shaking hands.

"Vanilla is fine," Katsuki choked out, his voice cracking. "But I'll try anything else you've got, too?"

"Okay, u-um, maybe a bit of everything then?"

"Yeah."

He spooned three generous scoops into a bowl, heatingg up the caramel sauce before he poured it over top, and finished it off with red and pink sprinkles. When he handed it over, Katsuki looked down only to find tiny hearts, blushing all over again at the knowledge that Izuku had specifically picked them out for him.

He was so far gone for the nerd.

Together they sat down on the couch, a little closer together than it was probably designed for considering their wide, muscular frames. Katsuki's thigh pressed against Izuku's, finding it thick and muscular beneath his jeans, and he was grateful for the bowl in his hands keeping them cool.

"You know," Izuku mumbled, taking a spoonful of strawberry ice-cream with thick chocolate sauce. "I've heard strawberries are an aphrodisiac."

Katsuki choked on his spoon, covering his mouth in a hurry as he spluttered.

"Chocolate too," Izuku squeaked. "Interesting, right?"

"Not like I need one," Katsuki grumbled, throwing caution to the wind. "You're hot enough on your own damn merits."

"You think so?" Izuku asked, wide-eyed.

"Did you really think I just liked flowers so much that I bought a new bouquet every day?"

There was a pause for a moment, then both of them were laughing like idiots, snorting over their ice-cream bowls as they sucked down the last of their sundaes. The moment their bowls were in the sink, Katsuki scooped the nerd up and slung him over a shoulder, grinning at the giggles that made him shudder in Katsuki's grip.

"So," he smirked, dropping Izuku on his bed and raking his eyes over the taut body. "You gonna let me help myself to the final course?"

"If you're not too full already," Izuku teased, fingertips twitching at his shirt hem until it exposed just a sliver of his abs.

"You're the one who's gonna be feeling full, nerd."

With a cheeky little grin, Izuku reached for a bottle on his nightstand, tossing it lightly into Katsuki's hands and watching him shake it gently.

"Been using this a lot, huh?"

"There's this one customer who comes in every day and gets me all riled up," Izuku winked.

"Oh yeah? Why don't you tell me about him, tell me the dirty things you picture him doing to you."

"He'd go real slow, teasing me until I'm desperate and begging, and when I can't take it anymore he'd finally pound into me and let me cum. Twice."

"Hmmm," Katsuki hummed, smirking. "You've made one pretty big assumption there, haven't you?"

"What's that?"

"Assuming I have any patience."

He hooked one finger into Izuku's t-shirt collar and pulled, tearing the fabric from his body, and Izuku moaned, long and loud. It was the sweetest sound Katsuki had ever heard, and he immediately dove in, claiming soft lips with his own.

"Be mine," he demanded, his nails raking lightly down Izuku's chest. "Say it."

"I'm yours," Izuku moaned, wrapping an arm around Katsuki's neck. "Finally."

"Been thinking about this a lot, huh?"

"Please, Kacchan."

Katsuki reached down, yanking boxers and pants alike down to Izuku's ankles and casting them aside, following them up quickly with his own. He threw off the scraps of Izuku's shirt, too, leaving him bare, then sat up a little to remove his own. For the first time all night, he took it slow, shedding Izuku's warm hoodie and peeling his tattered tank top over his head.

"Wait," Izuku insisted, reaching up to squeeze Katsuki's pecs. "Even better than I expected."

"Nerd," Katsuki snorted, leaning in to nip at his plump lower lip. "You wanna do this thing or just keep telling me how hot I am all night?"

"Tempting," Izuku grinned, and Katsuki softened a little, stroking a freckled cheek with his fingertips. "I could probably manage a few more before I get desperate."

"We'll see about that."

He slicked his fingers up, sliding the first two straight into Izuku's tight ass, and Izuku threw his head back in a long moan. His hips thrust up off the mattress, grinding two hard cocks together, and Katsuki clenched his jaw to keep from saying something stupid.

"Fuck me, Kacchan."

"Damn right."

He stretched Izuku a little wider, lubing himself up in a hurry, and then he was pushing his way in slowly, watching for any sign of pain or discomfort.

Izuku didn't seem to even consider the idea of pain, though, too busy desperately pushing down into his touch, searching for more. His hand reached between them, wrapping around his shaft, and Katsuki slammed it back to the mattress with a scowl.

"You trying to hurry this up, nerd?"

"It feels so good, Kacchan!"

Katsuki dragged Izuku's wrists up over his head, pinning them to the mattress firmly, delighted by the whine Izuku let out in response.

"Hold still, baby," he murmured, finally bringing their hips flush together, watching Izuku's cock drip onto his stomach. "I'm gonna take good care of you."

Biting at his lip, Izuku nodded. That was all the permission Katsuki needed.

Slowly at first, he made a little test thrust, but when Izuku clenched around him, fighting for more, he moved a little faster. He could feel sweat beading on his forehead as he moved, and he shifted one hand to Izuku's stomach, exploring the hot little ab muscles that stared up at him as he pinned the nerd to the sheets.

He knew the moment Izuku came, not from the wetness that spilled between them, but from the way tortured lips parted on a yell, releasing that voice that he'd heard both sultry and cute, this time broken by moans and words aborted halfway through.

He didn't let up, though, continuing his rough pace as he chased his own pleasure, and Izuku didn't even consider stopping him. He moaned and whimpered and fought his eyelids open to watch as the flawless face and strong body beared down on him, fucking him raw.

Izuku clamped down when he felt it, gasping as Katsuki pumped cum deeper inside him with every frantic thrust, and the room fell silent but for their harried breaths.

"Fuckin' hot," Katsuki choked out, when he'd had a moment to get his breath back. "Should have asked you two weeks ago."

"You should've," Izuku agreed with a tired laugh, holding his arms up for Katsuki to fall into them. "You're gonna stay, right? All night?"

"Try fuckin' forever," Katsuki snorted, hugging him obediently as they lay side by side in their mess. "Be mine."

"I am, Kacchan. I have been since the moment we met!"

"Damn right."

Izuku nuzzled into his neck, sighing contentedly, and Katsuki didn't object when a floppy weight landed on his chest, Izuku draping himself over the top.

"Is there lube left?" he yawned.

"Haah? You wanna go again already?"

"In the morning," Izuku giggled. "I need to be up at six for work, think you can be ready by fiveish?"

"Hell yeah," Katsuki laughed, surprisingly bright. "Maybe a quickie in the back room when I come visit you at work?"

"You're still gonna come visit me?"

"Of course I am, nerd," he chuckled, stroking green curls. "Gotta show off the pretty flowers I got from my boyfriend."

"I'll pick you the prettiest ones ever," Izuku smiled, yawning as he snuggled in tighter. "Every day."

"Get some sleep, nerd."

"Thanks, Kacchan."
