I can probably guess you aren’t seeing the new Benny safdie but wondering if you’re anticipating Marty Supreme??

Sing backwards and weep is the next memoir I’m going to readdd I can’t wait I haven’t been able to find any by a musician that I like

Adam being dismissive of Miles Davis while simultaneously praising Dave Davies, who didn't even play on The Kinks most well known tracks (that was Jimmy Page on You Really Got Me). Miles was everything the BEE podcast claims to be but often falls short of

I didn't like Weapons. It tried to explain things, which made everything that didn't make sense (such as every new-team in the country not descending on the town, the police not investigating the catatonic father) unforgivable. And the head ramming, yeesh. Eddington, however, I really enjoyed!

Adam, as you’re checking out XTC, don’t overlook their side project Dukes of Stratosphear which is 100% Beatles worship. Maybe the closest anyone ever got to recapturing that 60s psychedelic sound.

Grunge was popular in the UK. Then Oasis wiped that scene away. Cut twenty minutes from Weapons. The film would be better.
