Payment Issues with Patreon?

A quick news update / check-up! I've heard that Patreon changed something about their payment processing system recently, and it's caused a lot of errors, such as declining of payment or false claims of fraud or otherwise?
Patrons: Make sure to check if all of your payments are going through, in general~
Creators: Check the "Audience" tab (used to be Patrons, I bet the change was made at the same time as the system change...) and click on the Payments Declined option to see if any recent errors pop up.

Ok, I got an email from Patreon about the situation, so I'll add an addendum to this message with their advice on possible ways to approach the problem
- Contact the card issuer to confirm the charge is valid and retry that card
- If the retry does not work, try a different payment method. Patrons can edit their payments in their Settings, under Billing History:

2023-08-04 10:46:40 +0000 UTCI checked my billing history to be safe and even last month's payment went through without a hitch, so I guess I'm fine.
