Galaxy Quest Part 5

The ending of this one really left me feeling like I took the juicy steak rather than humanity's future, but sometimes you have to play the character. Isn't it funny how much character growth is sort of assumed in storytelling. I think of so many movies where character growth is implied, but we never really see it happen. It's much more fun to just let the lack of character growth be just that. Live in the charming idiot. He's more fun anyway.
I have no idea what this Galaxy Quest was. Other than I loved it. Thank you so much Jon.
Nextnextnext, Joz is gonna run a little more Charlie Brown. One-offs of their thanksgiving and christmas specials. Even after seeing that there was no summerspell in our Halloween special I'm still sort of worried.
After that in January we're jumping in with our next big campaign. One I've been excited to get into for a while. I'm running it. (And by me I mean Paulo, me, the guy who writes these). We're finally doing it. It's the Fifth Element.

Now that I've finished binging these, I can say with absolute certainty that this Reroll is a perfect proof of concept for the show.

2023-12-29 07:20:44 +0000 UTCFifth element will be interesting because the conceit of the show if it starts at the beginning creates an immediate deviation - Leeloo changes from a living macguffin to the main character instead of Corbin Dallas (as the only character that definitely has to exist)
