If perchance someone were to take a film crew and you into a museum with an all access pass, what would you find interesting, what questions would you ask and what would you just have to see?

I've seen some of the "restorations" and retouching that some of the most prestigious museums in America have filmed and posted. Without naming institutional names, I must say that they are often disappointing. Prestige is no substitute for careful, precise technique.
