Good afternoon everyone!

Here is a wip of how Mercy's animation is coming along with the Witch Skin. Download the attached video to see the result.

Unfortunately, the hair animation is pretty bad, but this is the best I could do. I still lack the skills to do this. I tried using two different addons (Spring Bones and Wiggle Bones), but these addons don't seem to work as they should. The result I get in the viewport ends up being different from the final result when I bake the animation, and consequently the render is much worse. If I ever figure out how to do this, I'll render a 2.0 version.

I'd like to make a version of this animation with the classic skin, but Mercy's hair needs to be inverted, otherwise it will cover her face. I need to figure out how to invert the hair rig so I can try to animate it inverted.

This animation was rendered in Eevee as a preview, but tonight I'll start rendering the final version in Cycles, stay tuned!
