I'll be there

Hey all, just a quick post to let you know that I will release a new build in the next couple of days (just before the end of the month) focusing primarily on dialogue.

I still have not adopted a rigid schedule for updates, aside from simply putting out at least one a month. For a while I was following a general cadence of approximately every two weeks, but that sort of fell by the wayside this month thanks to some heavy workloads IRL. I liked it though, so I think if I can keep that going it'd be good for the time being.

I have been assuming up until this point that if somebody cancels their patreonship, they still get access to updates put out for the remainder of the month. This is why I always try to squeeze them in just before the end of each month, so I can give people maximum value. If this isn't the case then this practice must actually be very annoying, so I hope it is...

In other news, I am planning to release an update to add Japanese language support to Hyperdeep early next month! Since Patreon doesn't appear to support maintaining different language versions of a page, I am looking into starting a Fanbox page for the game aimed at Japanese users. Please rest assured that I will make any tiers/rewards/prices as on-parity with Patreon as possible. If anybody has done something similar, or is an active user of Fanbox and has any advice, please don't hesitate to let me know.

I can confirm that rewards last until the end of the billing period. I've had to cancel a subscription before and it says that during the cancellation process.

Yeah do what you can, if thats once a month then so be it. And yeah it still allows us to download even if canceling as long as its one release a month.

I think so long as there's at least a release once a month, you're good. Others may disagree, but I feel 1/month is most reasonable.
