Hey guys, Im looking at buying my first home in the next year or two. The only worry I have is the Canadian housing market is red hot right now and I dont want to buy in the peak. My question is what things should I look for? Internet through out my province is fiber op meaning no issues surrounding that. I plan on buying a two bathroom, 2-3 bedroom place since I want to rent out one room to a friend. Any tips in negotiating with real estate agents on fees? Since the market is hot, I would think agents have the upper hand. I’ll be 26-27 when I buy the place. No Wife/GF so wont be dropping more than I need on furniture.

Taylor did you read/enjoy any informal Lord of the ring sequels? In ex-USSR there is very popular Ring of Darkness series set in Middle-earth 300 years after the War of the Ring, written by Nick Perumov wondering if you read it?
