Yes!!! Then what happened to his mother? OMC, Nolan!!!! Yaaaass, the drama

It would’ve been a great story if Kenta was his REAL son which is why he was there even though there was nothing special about him.

Is the extended scene in the "special clip" tab? I rarely watch those special clips because it's usually BTS and I don't care about that, but if it's got more scene in it, I'll definitely watch.

You know, I just thought of an additional question: what was the back story for Kenta? The show doesn't go into the back stories pf any other character other than Babe. Why was Kenta so blindly loyal to Tony? Either he was "adopted" before he had a lot of memory, or his situation must have been worse than life with Tony. Although, my younger sister was adopted by us at the age of four and psychologically, the abuse she suffered before we adopted her, set her on a path that even we couldn't help with, so him having z bad situation before he could remember it wouldn't play out well. That's really beside the point. For him to finally destroy the "daddy" he was so blindly loyal to meant the situation had derailed beyond what his past was, so now I'm all kinds of curious. As for your point about the follow-uo story having nothing to do with the mains, it could have the mains if they chose to do a sevond season the right way. Story-wise: 1) all of the mains except Alan were once part of the Chen family, so who better than Charlie, Jeff, Babe, and Pete, to run the organization and help those kids? 2) Again granted he needs a ton of therapy, but Kenta, and even Kim and laan would provide a great support team for the others. 3) The mains, having experience, both within the family, as well as life after leaving it, can share all of that collective knowledge with those kids. 4) Pete has the resources to track and locate as many of those sold kids as possible. 5) Kenta, could use his experience being blindly loyal to "daddy" to help the children learn how to think for themselves. 6) if they were smart, the writers could use a follow-up story to share Kenta, Pete, and Kim's past before Tony (as well as Way's past) and figured out which two of those three were going to get together, and also Sonic and North.

you know... I also thought of all these questions and i really hate that they didn't address any of it because it did not have the mains at the centre. a lot of shows do this and it urks me

For the father, I think there was a lot of shame and guilt on reaching out to Babe even after Babe left Tony. There are a few aspects of the final showdown that I prefer from the novel vs the series version but overall I loved this show so damn much. I think they could’ve added one more episode or even 2 more eps to add more details and bring up the build up to the final showdown. There were 5 extra fluff sp chapters maybe they’ll do a special episode. By the way you need to see the extended scene from episode 9 nc scene. The way I need a box set for this show, asap! Not this scene playing with Pooh’s parents in the audience. https://twitter.com/theheimster/status/1756111506960232568?s=61&t=P-BYRkINrIbl_rGEWsh-fA

First,I love hearing you guys saying my name throughout the reaction. This Kimberly probably would have done a few things different. Poor Way but he felt his love and redemption of what happened is why he saved Babe. Pavel again with his acting so glad he didn’t quit. Pavel is the cutest kissers..going to keep saying that. Great time with you guys onto the next one

Loved this episode. It was great to end happily. Overall good series, but the ending did leave a lot of open ended questions. I hope there's a follow-up episode that answers: 1) what about all of the kids that were sold, is there a way to track them down and make sure they're OK? 2) who does inherit the Chen family fortune? 3) what about Kenta and Pete? Will they get together after some intensive therapy and deprogramming? 4) what about the kids that are still at the foundation? Are they just turned out on the street?
