Kai seems like he has some hidden hurts too - i think we're going to see them both heal one another. different from the mainstream rom-com shows where the story is generally about 1 fabulous perfect person falling in love with this average/below average person (and the fantasy revolves around the impossible being possible for this one person), i like the japanese storytelling, which is often more about two common/average individuals who see the absolute most sparkling world in each other's eyes, and only in each other's eyes.
