Someone on twitter mentioned that Tharn had been wearing Phaya's amulet around his neck almost since after he received it from the hospital as part of Phaya's belongings. Up until he returned it after the Doc tried to get Phaya at the hospital and he returned it to Phaya's neck. And now I can't not notice it upon rewatch.
