According to the commentary on Youtube the writing on the shirt says: "To Kelvin: Hope that I can continue drinking silver chrysanthemum tea with you in the future. Archie:)" I'm guessing it has some kind of double meaning, but I have no idea what it is :/ Someone suggested it has a "naughty " undertone though.
