I think maybe jihyun has probably be in a coma this whole time & we’ve been watching jaewon talking to his therapist.

Brittany

don't worry yall its 10 episodes 😭

I have watched this episode soo many times to try and see if I missed anything. I hope they don’t go the asshole trope ( i don’t mind if jaewon ices jihyun out but let’s not make him an asshole and go through that plot) for the next ep. Did the therapist imply Jaewons dad is abusive? What happened to the brother? What is Jaewons mom like? Is this in Jaewons past? Did Jihyun die? Was Jihyun even real? Am i real? I have many questions. Omg this show is sooo goooddddddddd im dying.😭💚💕💕💕💕💕

The way this show got me all the way fucked up. All the theories is giving me anxiety. I really hope this is just a nightmare of his trauma, insecurities and fears.

HeyMe R

That’s why I wait to watch completed dramas because cliffhanger anxiety is too much.

HeyMe R

This is the real shit for me, so spot on with what I think like damn same wavelength or what

Y'all to be fr I think it happened and he didn't die but he's probably in the hospital still healing or smth

Lol the way I’ve purchased a mixtape on a USB a couple of years ago in the Dominican Republic with my sis. Had some bangers lol.

Our 8th sense... Interoception is the sensory system that helps us assess internal feelings! I hope everything is real, Jihyun is just laying right next to him and wakes up to Jaewon calling his name because of a bad dream!! This is why I stopped watching KDramas because of this feeling!! I hate it here!

I think the terapy is when Jaewon meets Jihyun right after his ex humiliated Jihyun in his job at the restaurant, because Jaewon meets him after that and lies saying he was going to university, but in reality he was coming back from his therapy session but didn't tell Jihyun because, like he said in today's episode, he didn't want Jihyun to know his "baggage". And about the dreamlike scenes, I think it's because they were Jaewon's memory and now we'll finally catch up with the actual timeline which is Jihyun drowning, that's why they showed Jaewon alone at the beach in the first scene of the first episode, because it was the start of his memories with Jihyun and now they showed it again to be full circle, so that's why I think from now on we'll watch the actual present timeline and not memories. Oh! And also: in this episode, when Jihyun kissed him in the sea, Jaewon "Why are you kissing me?" and Jihyun answers "to cause you trauma". So that was foreshadowing that Jaewon would suffer because he's in love with Jihyun and Jihyun drowning will traumatize him even more.

I really want to know the name of the song at the end it sounded so beautiful

It is supposed to be a 10 episode show!

Whoa. Really appreciated your discussion at the end here. There's so much to unpack and so many ways this could go. One possibility I considered was that the beach trip was real, but the drowning scene was a nightmare/negative thoughts in Jae Won's head. I think his younger brother was the one who drowned and his subconscious is putting Ji Hyun in his brother's place. Jae Won already drew a comparison between the two earlier in the ep talking about their age. I'm excited (and nervous) for the next episodes. It's been a wild ride! Hoping we get the full 10 episodes and not 8 with behind the scenes for the last 2.

And the reason I was crying... is because, I don't want it to be an ilusion, remember the therapist gave him some pills? I just don't want him to be in that state of mind, where he is drugged imagining he is in his happy place with the person he is most comfortable. Also, I don't want it to be real because, I can't deal with my poor baby drowning, causing more trauma 💔! I also thought about it being an out of timeline thing, but then again, is he just sitting there waiting for his (alive) man to come sit next to him, in the future, or he is just there reminiscing about how happy he was in that place!!? I don't know, don't ask me what I wrote, because I have absolutely no idea!!! I'm in an emotional state right now, I seaw!!! Also, I've seen some pictures, and I think there are scenes that are missing, maybe flashbacks, maybe in the future, IDK!!!! IM DEAD!

he said namja chingu which is boyfriend hell yeah :))

Personally I think everything that’s happening is real I felt like the ending scene was just alluding to a future event similar to how they did it in the first episode I just think it was an out of timeline artistic choice im still unsure when the therapy is taking place tho. But I loved this episode so much. Just amazing from start to end..I just have to say the love scene was absolutely breathtaking for me. The lighting, music, the intimate touches almost like they were discovering each other. It’s so funny watching this and comparing the cat sex scenes in Bed Friend you just see the difference of intent with these two scenes lol

Megan Linart

I am still after several hours analyzing this episode and the emotional state in which I found myself
