Minecraft, But Fishing Drops OP Items...

It also adds a custom enchantment called "Luck" that will increase your chance of fishing op items.
Compatible versions: Spigot [1.8 - 1.16.5]
Commands:
/opfishing - Toggles the plugin on/off.
/opfishing items <amount> - Drops the specified amount of random OP Items.
/opfishing scrolls - Gives you all the Luck scrolls.
