--------------
As I float above the Star Destroyer, I notice several red Square emarges all over its outer hull. And I noticed that it was the list of targets I could destroy.
...heh.. that just makes my job a lot easier ~ With a grin across my face I flip the aircraft and focus back on the numerous fighters heading to me.
As I arm the 30 mm weapons on my aircraft, a surge of adrenaline courses through me, heightening my senses. The targeting system locks onto the incoming fighters, their lasers piercing the darkness of space like deadly needles.
"Here they come," I mutter under my breath, my heart pounding in rhythm with the thrum of the engines
Numerous of them went by me, and I unleashed a torrent of gunfire at them in return hitting two out of five as the 2 enemy fighters spiraled out of control and exploded while the rest darted past me with their swift agility.
Taking the chance to open I flip the aircraft and swiftly take out the 3 aircraft the moment they show their back at me, With precision honed by experience I unleash another barrage of gunfire, picking off the enemy fighters one by one. Their attempts to evade are futile, as I press the attack with relentless determination.
As the last enemy fighter spirals out of control and meets its demise, a sense of triumph washes over me. But I begin to notice there is damage to the aircraft hull cause by the enemey fighter.
But the damage contained to the aircraft slowly regenerated like time had turned back before the hulls were damaged, and in the blink of an eye, the hulls of the aircraft where it was damaged vanished. And I begin to smirk.
What do games have in common with any game character? They are able to regenerate their health.
And I though my self... why won't aircraft do the same thing?
Once I take one last good look at the hull I focus back on the battle where the rest of my pilot was slaughtering the enemy
<<Useless,useless, useless!! Hahahaha!>>
<<....>>
<<Bandit 4 down! Moving to the next one!>>
As expected, they were having no problem with the enemy. With their quick maneuverability and experience in air combat they have a easy work against enemy fighter.
<<Alert! More enemy fighters are converging on the rebel's fleet!>>
<<The distance is too far between us and the enemy fighter around the rebels fleet!>>
<<We don't need to assist them! That's not our objective! Just cause much damage on the enemy imperial fleet as bad enough that they have no choice but to focus on us!>>
<<So we are a bait now? I like the plan captain!>
I gaze with my eyes at the incoming enemy that recently came out of the enemy hangar of around 20 enemy split across the space to finish us.
From their eyes it was obviously 5 Vs 1.
But they are facing the Main Character of Ace Combat.
But the moment they try even splitting up, I smirk and use missle, with a flikker of button I fire the 4 missiles over and over again at enemy.
Like other I added a module on my fighter that allow my Sabre for fast recharge of missle, now instead of every 10 second to fire 2 missle I can now fire 4 missle every 3 second.
So in just 15 second I have fire over 20 missle heading to all of the enemy fighter I have lock in.
And it did not take long for the result come in as scream of madness came from the enemy comms, multiple of them as many of the fighter quickly explode all over the space.
The leftover stranggle that manage to dodge the missle was quickly shut down as I squeezed the trigger, unleashing a torrent of machine gun fire in the direction of the Tie Fighter in front of me and exploding to pieces.
And in the last moment before the fighter explode I manage to hear another scream of madness in the comms. That's what I want to hear—a scream of madness. And with one destroy I continue fighting most of the fighters that keep coming to us like a wave in the sea.
I noticed that Star Destroyer was different then the rest of Star Destroyers where each aircraft there was only one target of missile I had to destroy,
But the Star Destroyer subsytem like the main guns and engine was optional place I can destroy if needed.
I keep that noted if needed. But I swich my focus back to my squadron as I begin to give them order.
<<All fighter! The enemy fighter are in dissary, now it's the chance! Give those Star Destroyer a good beating!
<<Roger!>>
Streak of missle flied across the endless space, as the numerous missile arrived at the star Destroyer numerous explosion appeared on outer hull. Spesifily on the numerous gun on top and bellow the Star Destroyer.
I follow suit from behind targeting most of the enemy Turbo Laser with both machine gun and missle that I keep firing, numerous time I was hit by the enemy turbo laser despite trying my best to dodge them. But luckly my shield protecting me from those attack.
<<Good hit! Switch to closer quarter combat! Let's give them a good ol' spank from close!>>
<<Roger!>> comes the response, determination evident in every word.
I deftly reconfigure the weapons system, anticipation thrums through my veins, matching the hum of the 30 mm cannons as they come online. With a flick of a switch, the air crackles with energy, and a grin spreads across my face I begin to accelerate to the star Destroyer and begin to give hell.
With every target locked, I unleash a torrent of firepower with everything I have, the thunderous roar of the cannons and missle drowning out the cacophony of battle. Each impact sends shockwaves rippling through the enemy vessel, a testament to the relentless fury of my assault.
Man I feel like Poe Dameron already!
<<Remember!
My aircraft shakeas numerous laser hit my hull, damage was around none but I keep looking over the shield to make sure it did not went critical in the middle of battle since they are important in defending from the turbo laser.
<<Captain! We have destroyed the enemy shield generator!>>
I take a quick glance at the Star Destroy shield, bringing my sabre up of the star destroyer to take a good look to see two of the shield generator of the Star Destroyer was destroyer and was left in pieace.
With the destroy of most of the Star Destroy turbo laser and the destruction of the enemy shield, I move up the operation to phase 2.
<<The enemy shield have been destroyed! Your chance, Mobius 1!>>
<<Understood! Making a bombing run!>>
<<T-this is the star Destroyer yagre! W-we are suffering>>
<<How useless are you to no able to deal with just 4 fighter? No matter, I will sent reinforcement>>
That voice...
That's admiral Thrawn voice it self that came from the comms.
...Now that I think about it, if I can took out the enemy leader maybe the fleet will be in dissaray and there will be victory for us.
<<Detecting more enemy Tie Fighter closing in on Mobius!>>
<<Protect Mobius 1! And destroy the enemy AA weaponry!>>

As the battlefield continue in the endless space the camera swich from the aircraft down below to the command room of the Star Destroyer.
In the middle of the room there was one person standing out from the rest of the crew. It has Blue color all over it's skins with a red eyes, and was wearing a white Imperial uniform, showing that he was the higest officer in the fleet..
This was person was none other than Grand Admiral Thrawn himself. And He is currently leading the imperial fleet in order to finally put an end to the rebel forces in Atollon.
After finaly locating the rebels fleet and base by capturing one of the spy among his rank, he set up a small traps hidden in the comms rooms to lure out the spy. And after locating the hidden rebels base he finaly order his own personal fleet to take out the rebels base.
After giving the traitor spy side glance and sending support, he looks back at the battlefield outside the window where the battle is currently happening.
His plan was simple, spare no shred of mercy and destroy all of the rebels. Plain and simple.
But luck was not on his side, as soon as he located the rebels fleet Grand Moff Tarkin ordered him to capture a High officer from the rebels fleet which force him to hold back a bit.
But even though he was holding back. He think It's still easy win, as long as he prevented the rebels from escaping or prevented them from hyperspace using the interdictor vessels he had. The rebels will finally end.
He will first tear their ships one by one and force them back to their little base, and as soon as they are cage in, he will sent his ground force and surrond them from all side. And victory will be assure.
But reality was differend the what he was expecting
"Is the rebel's reinforcement eliminated yet?" Admiral Thrawn said, looking over the squadron that is currently fighting his Tie Fighter on the right side of the Star Destroyer.
Admiral Thrawn was surprised when he received information from one of his officers that a single squadron had come. Maybe a squadron was overterimate since there was only 4 fighter.
What makes him intregude was that, the officer was not able to detect the aircraft hyperspace so close to one of his Star Destroyer. Only After one of the radar notice the squadron that he notice there was another squadron.
He can already conclude that this was the rest of the rebels that were supposed to regroup with the rest of the rebel's fleet. He already predicted that this was going to happen and ordered the rest of Tie Fighters that was dock on the closest Star Destroyer that being attack right now to eliminate them without sparing a single thought.
Even though it interests him about the unknown aircraft from not only the design and the way the fighter shoots, even on how it manage to bypass the radar he ignores it since there are only 4 fighters. His primary goal right now is to capture a high rebels officer.
The spare reserve of about 40 Tie Fighters one one star destroyer, and against 4 Fighters; it does not include the bomber in case Frigate or bigger ships come like one of Capital Ships the Moncala Cruiser.
The probability of them winning against such a huge number of fighters should be slim. Even the rebel's best fighter the world have to offer is going to struggle with such a huge amount of Tie Fighter. Not to mention the numerous weapon on the Star Destroyer deck will give them a hard time.
Once the.... nuisanse is gone, he plan to sent the rest of tie fighter to the rebels fleet. And once the area is clear he will sent out the bomber and clear out the rest of the fleet.
But one by one, the plan crumpled as each of the fighters was eliminated rapidly. Before even he blink.
"Negative Sir! Numerous Tie Fighter are keep losing! And they are having a hard time dealing with it!" "Sir! Squadron one has been eliminated." "We have lost contact with..."
With each loss, his hand grips harder on his clothing in anger. But he tries his best to stay calm and carefully orders them to send more Tie Fighter and even his own light Cruiser that he keep in the flank in order to prevent the rebels from flanking them.
He was patient that he could win this, even though the losses were beyond expectations the moment the rebel's reinforcement arrived and the unexpected firepower the 4 unknown-type fighters possessed to deal such a huge devastating blow against his fighter, but he believed that as long as he could capture- no eliminate the rest of the rebel's fleet, he would finally end the rebel fleets and bring victory to the Emperor.
But...
"S-sir! Our fighters are having trouble fighting the 4 fighters! "All of the fighter reserves that have just been sent have reported that they are suffering heavy casualties and are requesting reinforcement."
Another officer rushed forward, his face pale. "Sir, enemy fighters are targeting one of the Star Destroyer's shield generators and are moving into attack patterns!"
He remained calm, analyzing the tactical display with a calculated gaze, unfazed by the mounting tension in the room. He stroked his chin thoughtfully, eyes narrowing as he considered his next move.
"Those fighters don't have the necessary firepower to destroy even a single one of our Star Destroyers," he said with cold confidence. He walked to the edge of the command bridge, his hands clasped behind his back as he stared out of the massive viewport, watching the battle unfold with sharp, calculating eyes. "These four unknown aircraft... they must be a new addition to the Rebel fleet, designed specifically for countering our fighters."
He turned sharply to face his officers "Send all bombers and fighters out!" he ordered, his voice steady but commanding. "Overwhelm them with sheer numbers. Focus on protecting the shield generators at all costs. We cannot allow them to gain any ground."
"Y-yes, sir!" The officers responded, scrambling to relay the orders.
Admiral Thrawn knows that, deep inside his heart, he is still the victor of this battle. With pure numbers, firepower, and Star Destroyer, he could tell he could win this battle no matter how skilled the aircraft was.
And as long as the Gravity Generators was still active, not a single fleet can escape the Solar System.
Minutes turned into agonizing hours. Thrawn's icy composure began to crack as reports of escalating losses poured in. The swarming enemy fighters were taking a far heavier toll on his forces than anticipated.
His expression grew paler with each report, a faint crease forming on his brow as he processed the mounting casualties. Then came the news that sent a chill down his spine.
"S-sir!" another officer called out, visibly shaken. "The enemy has breached one of the Star Destroyer's shield generators! The Star Destroyer is suffering intensive damage!"
Thrawn rubbed his temple, the strain beginning to show. "Tell the Star Destroyer to fall back and—"
But before he could finish, a blinding light suddenly flooded the bridge. The explosion that followed was deafening, a powerful shockwave that rocked the entire vessel. Thrawn was thrown off his feet, along with the rest of his crew, as a massive explosion erupted from one of the Star Destroyers. The blast sent shrapnel and debris cascading through the air, and the command bridge trembled violently.
And in all of that chaos the spy aka Agent Kallus took the chance to escape.
