Now , I pick-up Unreal engine 4 and try to develop the game first. If it's doesn't work , I'll change to Unity in the later.
The Situation
Slightly better but not nearly good enough. Someday is Moderate but the next day can be Unhealthy either , this is ruining everyone here...

it's many thing involve , the cold weather(but still damn hot) , no winds , smoking , traffic , town develops , bad-factories , etc.
