reflection - last monst + my new job

TLDR. at the bottom

Last month thoughts:
Past month, june, I tried to give me less time to work on sets. That way I wanted to keep working periods tight.
I will say something about each set and then give a conclusion.

Office Ashe:
In principle an ok set.
I could not pull of what I invisioned.
I like the overall atmoshere. Clothing is not good but not terrible either. Maybe I could have done a better job with her expression.
Just started too late and june shenanigans started around the time I was rendering the set.

Dva luxury sofa:
In my opinion, a really good set!
I like everything about it. This should be my standard for "smaller scope" sets
June shenanigans are in half effect.

Mercy awaits you:
Even though this set is still wip technically I think this is one of my best from this year.
I don't like the background much. But everything else is really good in my opinion.
If the background was better this set would be my prime example for "bigger scope" sets.
June shenanigans in full effect + plus some other stuff made it hard for me to work on Mercy.

Conclusion:
June really tested me. Not only did I challenge myself but also so many things happened simultaneously.
Undoubtedly this had an effect on this month sets.
On top of that I had trouble starting sets. Honestly I started some way too late, in part because lot of things happened but also because I just started them late.

The big question - Do I think doing three sets a month was a good idea?
Honestly I think it can work but considdering how packet this month was I can't say for sure.
Having shorter work periods felt good in a way.
With that said - 2 to 3 is way better in case I want to have more time for alts.
I might do a similar test in fall.

July will be different though.

My new job:
Many things are happening in the background.
Now, I finally got the job I was chasing for quite some time.
I will continue to make art here.
Though for the month of july, current month, I don't plan to bring many sets since I want to have a smooth transition for my new job.
I can't say for sure so expect at least one. Maybe I still find time to do more.

Other stuff:
- My OC C.L is getting rigged. Will show her off here soon.
- Discord is getting revamped. I mentioned that a couple of times ago. It's imporant to me that everything works well and everyone feels treated fairly -> Long time supporter stuff.
With that said, Discord is not extremly high on my prio list^^ Just saying.


TLDR.
Past month was challenging for me.
The thing I was testing was alright. Might do a similar test in fall.
I'm having a new job and this month, July, so I wont do that many sets.
I will do at least one set.
