Intermediate update this time, following up on the chaos of Binini's competition. It also features a certain someone's introduction...!
Next month's update will be exploration-focused, for a lil' change of pace from these text-heavy builds!

Yeah, it was an issue with a field being too long, so I divided it up a bit. Should be fixed in the next build!

2023-06-17 12:40:48 +0000 UTCBTW, 0.40 has the same error that i reported on itch.io's comments on 0.39: the credits option on the main menu crashes the game with an OverflowError.

2023-06-17 11:23:30 +0000 UTCNew patron here. I had known about this game for a long time, tried to start it a few times, but never gave it more than 5 minutes. But a few days ago I found it again browsing itch.io, and at last I did give it enough time to snare me. I played the game from start to the end (of 0.39), and it has been a blast. I hope my small contribution helps keep this project going. Off to play 0.40, very happy accident that just when I finished 0.39 and decided to be a patron the next release is already out.
