CATC v1.003 - upgrades and bugfixes

A new patch featuring permanent upgrades (meta-progression) and fixes to some crucial bugs in v1.002. I don't want to spend too long on this patch because of the mentioned game crashes.
Changelog:
- Implemented permanent upgrades / meta-progression in which players can spent essence to empower all future runs
- Fixed a possible issue with event/dialogues not showing up (Upgrades unlocked at 10 Essences earned, dresser unlocked at 50 Essences earned, H-lab unlocked at 100 Essences earned)
- Randomizing unit appearance now respects outfit .hidden flag
- Fixed crash when there's more than 4 status effects applied on the same unit
- Fixed soft-lock when using Campfire actions in the first room after losing a previous run
- Fixed generated units portrait not refreshing after a previous run
- Fixed a bug that cause Essence rewards not being reset properly on subsequent runs
- Applied a possible fix to text not displaying properly in reward window that affects some players
Balancing:
- Pump Up now costs 3 AP (from 2)
- Domination now costs 6 AP (from 5)
- Added a scaling cap for cheap units to prevent them from scaling too effectively
- Enemy Leader units have a minimal of 3 resist (that gets scaled up based on encounter level)
- Experimental: increased enemy level scaling per floor to 10/floor (from 5/floor) as there were players that made way further than intended
- Goblin Floor Boss now have cards other than summons
