SR v4.146 H-lab crash fix

- Fix game crash when using H-lab.
A while back I did some restructuring of the unit data files - putting the appearance files in the _base folder and then stats and move set/cards into respective game folders. I missed the dummy unit file which is used to generate the grab icons used in H-lab, and that's the cause of the crash.
CATC currently suffers from the same bug too, and will be fixed in a future patch soonTM along with a fix to the end of boss softlock.
