Poll: how often do you utilize the player-AI?
Added 2022-07-06 01:16:49 +0000 UTCAfter spending countless hours watching the AI fights in Versus Mode (for development purposes, of course) I felt that a minimalist-input mode could be pretty fun. You watch passively most of the time but with the option of hot-seating in at any time for directly control. This hot-seating feature is achieved in the latest Versus Mode version where player input will halt the player-AI for 1.0 seconds, allowing you to select a grab when the player-AI lands a grab, for example.
Anyways, I want to know how much effort to put into facilitating those player-AI features going forward. (Just to be clear, player-AI means AI for player unit/ teammates, and not the enemy AI). For those that played HR, HRT, etc, how often did you utilize the player-AI? For HR/Versus Mode, that means how often did you turn on the AI for player character rather than playing manually? For HRT, I suppose the question can be translated as, how much did you rely on your teammates doing the work versus how much heavy lifting you did yourself?
This is a pretty important poll, especially for "HRT2" going forward. So I appreciate all your responses.

I really loved the Heroine Rumble game, should have discover before, if I knew...I play Rumble Roses XX since 2009, so was about 13 years without discover a game so cool like that.

2022-07-09 18:27:32 +0000 UTCIf its games like HRT, CAtC, and HR. I barely use the AI Since those gameplay are fun and I like to challenge myself. Only exception of a game that I mostly use AI is SR because 1. I'm not use of the button positions for the fighting; and 2. It haves the feeling of it being better to watch then play.

2022-07-07 01:05:33 +0000 UTCi play SR mainly, my favorite thing is long grabs... and im hopeful for the addition of the H-Move. hopefully you can designate one grab slot for a H-Move. i know its been discussed a few times. if you have LOW stamina then you should struggle more to escape. too often people just create equal fighters and let them battle to the close finish. which is fine, but also need be able to seperate fighter skills for good storytelling. fighters with lots of skills and fighters with little to no skills. but appreciate your dedication to the SR world Enlit!

For instance the one character that starts with the tie up move would constantly do that, and nothing else. The same would go for other characters. Just keep using the same move with no alternation.

2022-07-06 05:54:24 +0000 UTCAppreciate the enthusiasm, but "HRT2" is probably still months away. You might get a couple of glimpses with the upcoming prototypes though. Afterall, that is their purpose ;)
