Versus Mode - First person view experiment

First person view build is here! Originally, I thought to make this a modding-tier only download but then I realized there has been quite a few additions to the game since the previous Versus Mode build so might as well make the baseline build available to all. Note that the first person view mode is behind a cheat atm due to the experimental nature of it. Maybe it can become a baseline feature in the future.
When you enable the cheat/modding through the console commands, you should see a Cheat Menu popup during fights. In there you can toggle the first person view mode on and off(!)
It's probably not too pleasant to fight in the first person view mode because, as I said, game was not designed for it. Nevertheless, I made an effort in handling the first person camera, so hopefully its at least in a "kindof-playable" state. Do let me know what you feel about the first person view and any suggestions for improvement.
