Yeah Zekamashi is easily in my top 3. Her design is just amazing! Back when She was announced with all the Hype She deserved and the second i saw her i loved Her immediatly. Freedom yup ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Pretty sure Shimakaze was what got me interested in Kancolle too and i didn't care all that much about it before seeing Her, cause i only saw the boring Shipgirls before Her.
