It's the 1980 gangster-geezer classic THE LONG GOOD FRIDAY, featuring Bob Hoskins and Helen Mirren. It's good! And also bad! And difficult to understand if you're not C2 fluent in Cockney! 2023-12-08 08:44:49 +0000 UTCre: subtitles, the ones on HBO Max were hilariously bad. Every other sentence has [inaudible] written in as if the person doing the subtitles was only given one pass at watching the movie and wasn't allowed to rewind.
